I was doing better a couple of days ago. I saw a fantastic Major League Baseball game between the Toronto Blue Jays and theTexas Rangers. Amazing work by the Blue Jays. As far as the Formula 1Azerbaijan Grand Prix is concerned, hearty congrats to Sergio "Checo" Perez, Lance Stroll, Stoffel Vandoorne and Brendon Hartley for getting in the points! It is also sweet to see both McLaren cars in the points.
As for the Famous, it is still about the Badge for me. It would be nice to have Steven Gerrard, but the Famous will always come first.
Then, there is the famous (well, famous for YouTubes, at any rate) split between Andy Warski and Jean-François Gariépy.
The YouTubes mope community is making like this is the hottest thing since sliced ka-ka. It is not. I saw something similar, but NOTidentical, happen before. Roundabouts three years ago to be roundabouts precise. That was when the alt-right tried to subvert Jordan Owen's The Sarkeesian Effect to their own personal ends. Now, is Andy Warski Jordan Owen? HELL NO! Jordan Owen is a man of principle and has always been so in the six or so years I have been a fan of his. Jordan Owen has a purpose. Andy Warski is just a loudmouth who admits he would much rather do comedy than engage in anything purposeful.
Warski does, however, ride the outrage thing for all it is worth. Remember when he and several other YouTubes mopes went after Crazee Hair for vidcon? Warski was full-on Don Lemon outrage merchant then, as he was when Jeff Holliday and Kraut&Lies turned out not to be what he thought them to be. After the latter event, Warski--either not having learned a damned thing from the latter event, or being ever the amoral opportunist--shacked up with alt-right white nationalist Jean-François Gariépy. For several months, they had their show together. Then all of a sudden, Warski started answering Gaspesie Gariépy's alt-right pals for dissing him. This was too much for Gaspesie Gariépy, who then proceeded to make this big stream about how Warski was compromising his morals, then running away.
It almost makes you feel bad for Warski...except that Warski shacked up with Gaspesie Gariépy last December, a full TWO YEARS after Gaspesie Gariépy's fellow alt-right white nationalists tried to stab Jordan Owen in the back. Warski KNEWwhat the alt-right had tried to do to Jordan Owen, yet he got into bed with them anyways for fun and profit,,,especially for superchats profit. Jordan Owen expelled the alt right from The Sarkeesian Effect just like King Hussein expelled the PLO in 1970 because the alt-right tried to forcibly convert him like Allison Mack did with Nexium. Warski, on the other hand, simply split with the alt right (after months of actively promoting them, something Jordan OwenNEVERdid, even during the production of The Sarkeesian Effect) onlywhen the alt-right publiclydissed him, not entirely without merit, as "low IQ."
There is an element of karma at work here. When Kraut&Lies and Jeff Holliday had egg on their face last December over Kraut&Lies' Supah-Secret Doxxing server, Warski summarily and unceremoniously ditched them in favour of the then-man of the hour, Gaspesie Gariépy. Now Gaspesie Gariépy ditched Warski and all of Gaspesie Gariépy's alt-right pals are dissing Warski. Opportunity takes advantage of the opportunists as well as the other way around, which is one way karma plays out.
As for Gaspesie Gariépy, let's see now...he "quit" Duke University because Duke was "incompatible" with his morals, and now he quits Warski because Warski is "incompatible" with his morals. What is more Gaspesie Gariépy openlysays all of this in public. This has me thinking that, if the YouTubes mope thing does not work out in the long run for Gaspesie Gariépy, potential future employers will do an Intar-Webs search on him and respond to his requests for interviews with "Sorry, but, based upon your past public and consistent pronunciamentos, there is a more than even chance that you will someday find us 'incompatible' with our morals and quit. We prefer stable employees."
Speaking of Allison Mack, this is where my unpopular opinion comes in. Allison Mack, for thems who do not know, was top-of-the-pops big in the previous decade as "Chloe Sullivan" in Smallville. For a good part of the show, "Chloe Sullivan" was this student reporter who kept a board of news clippings of odd and bizarre events, which she called "the wall of weird." Who would have thought ten years ago that the actress playing "Chloe" would become the biggest item on the wall of weird of April 2018? Mack, you see, joined this group called Nexium, where the police just nicked her for luring unsuspecting actresses (which is one reason why I generally do not take political or policy advice from actresses) into this cult wherein they were then stripped naked, blindfolded and had Mack's and cult leader Raniere's initials branded into their pubic regions.
I am no fan of Harvey Weinstein. Like his flunkies Ben Affleck and Matt Damon, he is an avowed enemy of the Second Amendment. That being said, the most that police are doing with him is investigatinghim and the only concrete legalaction that has been taken against him by a stateentity is New York State's Attorney-General filing a civil rights lawsuit against the Weinstein company, over Weinstein sexualy harassing women. Allison Mack, by contrast, conned women into a cult wherein they were stripped naked, branded with her initials and turned into sex slaves.
This will be unpopular, but, in my opinion, Allison Mack is worse than Harvey Weinstein. The police think so as well, which is why they actually arrested Mack while they are only still investigating Weinstein.
You would not know any of this if you got all your news from Andy Warski, Gaspesie Gariépy or Vee. Enter the term "Allison Mack" into the search function of their YouTubes channels, and you get snake eyes. This is surprising since all three are big time into the gender wars and would be expected to pounce salivatingly on the fact that Allison Mack got nicked while Harvey Weinstein remains a free man. But no, they have never spoken about Allison Mack. Warski and Gaspesie Gariépy were too busy with their own split to notice, and Vee found another way to promote himself.
Warski and Gaspesie Gariépy both live in Canada, yet, enter the term "Alek Minassian" into the search function of their YouTubes channels, and you alsoroll snake eyes. Minassian is accused of killing ten people when he plowed his rental truck into them in Toronto on 23 April 2018. He has also been reported to be a member of Incel, a splinter cell of the alt-right. The fact that Miniassian allegedly did what he allegedly did in Canada, and the fact that he is allegedly a member of the alt-right would lead one to expect that he would be the main topic of discussion for Warski and Gaspesie Gariépy, with Gaspesie Gariépy, at least, going out of his way to say things like "I never heard of Alek Minassian before 23 April 2018." Likewise, since Vee shits out a YouTubes vid every time Justin Trudeau so much as flatulates (even though Vee, near as I can tell, has never been to North America), one would expect a forty-minute video from him on Minassian. Yet, as with Warski and Gariépy, entering the term "Alek Minassian" into Vee's search function also gets you snake eyes.
This shows that Warski, Gaspesie Gariépy and Vee are just like Don Lemon of the CNN, who all three purport to despise. All four of these characters are outrage merchants. If you rely on them for your news needs, you will miss out on a LOT.
